MoveChild

Moves child from of the element at path to sit at to. The two indices are read one at a time, the way the DOM applies them: the node is removed at from, and to names its position in the shortened list. Emitted only for keys off the longest stable subsequence, so a reorder costs the minimal number of moves, not one per shifted row.
